At Salesforce Professional Service (Singapore), I owned solution design and hypercare for a multi-BU quote-to-order platform integrated with SAP. The platform included approximately 130 objects, 600+ Apex classes, and 150+ approval processes.
I architected the DocGen document pipeline and governed a security model with 250 permission sets. I also resolved 100+ production issues across pricing, approvals, sharing, and integrations through PR-based releases.
At Ignite Idea Co., Ltd., I led Salesforce development teams and managed project delivery end to end. I partnered with business stakeholders on solution design, requirements, UAT, and post-go-live hypercare while mentoring junior developers.
At TerraSky (Japan & Thailand), I contributed to establishing the Salesforce Consulting Partner business in Thailand. Alongside development, I helped hire and train team members and worked with the Managing Director and sales team on pre-sales solution design and proposals.
