At African Botho Advisory, I provide technical leadership for quality assurance and improvement, strengthening performance monitoring, data governance, and accountability. I develop quality assurance frameworks and lead data verification and quality reviews to identify integrity gaps and inform management decisions.

At mothers2mothers, I directed M&E and quality assurance across 10 districts for the HIV/Lifesaving Programme, supervising district M&E staff and strengthening performance monitoring and evidence generation. I developed Power BI dashboards and analytical summaries, and submitted validated programme data through DATIM. Earlier, across roles with Catholic Relief Services and Baylor College of Medicine Children's Foundation–Lesotho, I supported HIV and TB programmes through MEAL leadership, data quality reviews, reporting, and partner capacity building.
