What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead testing, UAT, integration validation, and release readiness across complex enterprise, banking, cloud, or platform transformation programmes, partnering closely with business and technical stakeholders.

I validated MuleSoft and BizTalk integrations connecting Salesforce CRM with downstream systems at Cambridge University Press and Assessment, coordinating data mapping, API validation, release dependencies, and defect resolution across global e-learning and assessment releases.

At the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, I led integration and UAT coordination for SAP changes, AWS migrations, and payment messaging platforms including SWIFT, ISO 20022, NACHA, BACS, Real Time Payments, and digital wallets. I worked as the day-to-day bridge between business, security, programme, infrastructure, and delivery teams.

I’ve coordinated validation for more than 300 business-critical applications and Windows 11 compatibility testing for 200+ applications, helping deliver three consecutive release cycles with zero critical production defects. I bring ISTQB Foundation, ISTQB AI Testing, and ITIL 4 certification to structured, risk-aware delivery.
