I’m a Data Engineer specializing in Azure and Microsoft Fabric, focused on analyzing and optimizing data infrastructure, pipelines, and related components. I collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to translate requirements into an efficient, scalable data architecture.

In recent roles, I developed ETL processes with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), built KPIs and performance indicators, and created OLAP cubes to support multidimensional analysis. I also delivered data-driven insights through Power BI dashboards and Excel PivotTables for exploratory analysis and reporting.

At Claranet Portugal, I refactored the organization’s data warehouse architecture and implemented ingestion of external football statistics APIs. I designed and developed Azure Data Factory pipelines, managed data governance with Microsoft Purview, and implemented Microsoft Fabric to unify BI, data modeling, and warehousing.

I also strengthen performance and reliability: I diagnose incident issues, identify bottlenecks, and optimize Databricks clusters and DAX queries. I achieved a 50% reduction in operational costs and a 70% increase in processing speed, and I back this work with certifications including Microsoft Fabric (DP700/DP600) and Azure Data Engineering (DP203/DP900).
