I am a public health professional with 13+ years of experience in monitoring & evaluation, data analysis, and health information systems, combining hands-on facility-level systems work with regional program oversight. I hold certifications in M&E Essentials, Project Management, EMR-ART, DHIS2, and CommCare, and I apply digital tools to strengthen program performance.
In my current role as a Monitoring and Evaluation Officer at a regional health bureau, I design and implement M&E frameworks, develop logframes and indicators, conduct Data Quality Audits, and produce analytic reports aligned with national and donor standards, including PEPFAR-supported programs. I have trained and mentored 150+ healthcare professionals in data management and digital tools to improve information use.
