I seek M&E or data roles where I can apply DHIS2 and digital tools to improve program quality, mentor teams, and influence data-driven decisions.

I am a public health professional with 13+ years of experience in monitoring & evaluation, data analysis, and health information systems, combining hands-on facility-level systems work with regional program oversight. I hold certifications in M&E Essentials, Project Management, EMR-ART, DHIS2, and CommCare, and I apply digital tools to strengthen program performance.

In my current role as a Monitoring and Evaluation Officer at a regional health bureau, I design and implement M&E frameworks, develop logframes and indicators, conduct Data Quality Audits, and produce analytic reports aligned with national and donor standards, including PEPFAR-supported programs. I have trained and mentored 150+ healthcare professionals in data management and digital tools to improve information use.

My background includes roles as a Data Clerk and Health Information Technician where I managed medical records, data coding, system operation and maintenance, and routine data use to support clinical and programmatic decision-making. I am committed to evidence-based decision-making, capacity building, and continuous quality improvement in health programs.
