I’m looking to lead design that’s tightly connected to performance—using analytics, omnichannel creativity, and compliant brand execution to drive conversions, engagement, and measurable ROI for clients.

I’m a Designer Manager with 9+ years delivering data-informed campaigns and visual strategies across retail and real estate brands. I combine creative execution with analytics to help teams make stronger, faster recommendations.

At CUSHMAN & WAKEFIELD, I produced 50+ client-facing reports integrating market data and campaign performance metrics with visual storytelling. I analyzed content engagement patterns across digital channels to optimize design deliverables and improve client ROI.

I established visual asset compliance frameworks aligned with brand standards and regulatory requirements. I also led creative strategy for shopping mall digital presence on Douyin, Bilibili, and Xiaohongshu, monitoring engagement metrics to refine content approach.

From conversion-optimized landing pages and CRM-integrated campaigns to O2O seasonal promotions, I focus on omnichannel experiences that support acquisition and retention goals.
