I’m a compassionate, results-oriented psychiatric nursing professional with a BSc in Psychiatric Nursing from Hawassa University. I bring teletherapy experience alongside research-based mental health interventions, with a strong foundation in conducting psychosocial assessments and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.

I’m skilled in psychosocial support and evidence-based support, using clear psychosocial assessment and psychoeducation to help clients build coping and well-being. I work with empathy and strong communication, backed by critical thinking and problem solving.

Through roles including counselor via call-center/teletherapy and research facilitation after a one-week WHO PM+ training, I’ve strengthened my ability to support job seekers and fresh graduates’ psychosocial well-being. I’m comfortable collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and following structured follow-up processes.

What drives me is promoting mental wellness through culturally sensitive and ethical care—especially in remote international settings. I’m ready to contribute my organization, time management, and clinical documentation discipline to a team that values compassionate, ethical practice.
