At Wood Mackenzie, I delivered backend services across API and data-model design, implementation, deployment, and production operations. I scaled the Account Service API to 500K+ DAU with p99 latency under 150 ms and 99.9% availability.
I also migrated an API Gateway from Kong to Envoy with zero downtime and no client changes, and built an event-driven service that detects inactive Kiro users, notifies them, and revokes access idempotently, saving $100K/year. Previously, I developed AWS applications and trading systems at Teesta Investment, and maintained a banking report-generation application at Wipro.
