Tehillah Munsaka

I'm currently monitoring biscuit production at Swiss Bake Limited, inspecting raw materials, in-process and finished products, packaging, hygiene, temperatures, and date-code accuracy. I document non-conformances, maintain hourly quality records, and prepare daily reports to help production teams address quality issues.

I've supported laboratory testing and regulated quality procedures at the Zambia Bureau of Standards, National Food Laboratory, and Kitwe Teaching Hospital. My Biological Sciences degree in Microbiology, together with GMP and GHP training, grounds my work in food safety, laboratory documentation, and compliance.

I've also coordinated records, communications, and financial documentation as a Secretary and Accounts Officer, and led student communities of more than 1,000 members. I bring accuracy, accountability, teamwork, and clear communication to quality-focused environments.
