I’m a Senior Insurance Operations Leader with 18 years of experience delivering operational excellence, service transformation, and profitable growth within multinational and regulated insurance environments. I provide end-to-end insurance operations expertise, from claims and policy administration oversight to regulatory compliance and risk controls.

As an independent contractor based in Ghana, I engage internationally as an “Independent Contractor (Self-Employed Consultant)” available for remote, contract, project-based, or fractional insurance operations engagements. I’m ACII-qualified and a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Ghana (FCIIG), bringing strong executive presence and governance discipline to every engagement.

At SUNU Assurances Ghana Ltd (2010–Present), I’ve led operations across multiple branches and regions, strengthening service consistency and operational governance. In my current role as Regional Manager, Operations and Service Delivery, I managed 7 staff and 25+ agents across multiple branches, strengthened SLAs/KPIs and escalation frameworks, and delivered 28% year-on-year regional growth.

Previously, as Manager, Operations, Business Development and Digital Channels (2019–2024), I oversaw onboarding, servicing, renewals, and claims, and I led rollout of digital service and distribution channels—reducing service and claims turnaround time by 50% and supporting 35% revenue growth through operational effectiveness. I’m focused on SLA/KPI performance governance, digital and process transformation, cost optimization, and customer experience improvements.
