At Cleveland Clinic Main Campus, I coordinate complex neurosurgical care for patients, providers, and multidisciplinary teams supporting the Chair of the Neurological Institute. I manage clinical triage, MyChart communications, surgical scheduling, authorizations, appeals, and pre- and post-operative education.

I've provided high-acuity Neuro ICU care through Aya Healthcare, including EVD management, life-sustaining medications, vasoactive drips, and care for post-surgical and medically fragile patients. My background also includes Level II and III NICU care, supporting critically ill infants and their families through hospitalization and discharge planning.

Across ICU, CCU, CVICU, step-down, and skilled nursing settings, I've cared for ventilated, cardiac, post-operative, and critically ill patients while adapting quickly to changing clinical environments. I bring strong clinical judgment, patient advocacy, and practical coordination across complex specialties.
