At Avance Primary Care, I obtain and document vital signs, update medical histories, and prepare patients for examinations and procedures.

I perform phlebotomy and specimen collection, point-of-care testing, and 12-lead EKGs. I also provide wound care, administer injections and vaccinations, and assist with minor office procedures within my authorized scope.

I coordinate appointments, referrals, prior authorizations, prescription refill requests, and patient follow-up. I document clinical and administrative information in eClinicalWorks and Epic, while following infection prevention and laboratory quality control procedures.
