I'm currently supporting patient care at Covenant Medical Group, where I triage patients, document medical histories and vital signs, assist physicians during examinations, administer directed medications or injections, and schedule appointments.

I've also performed phlebotomy at Seminole District Hospital and NOR Regional Hospital, collecting, labeling, preparing, storing, and transporting specimens while helping patients feel comfortable during venipunctures and capillary punctures. My wellness-screening experience includes immunizations, flu shots, EKGs, and common laboratory tests.

Across orthopedic, pediatric surgical, plastic/reconstructive, and cardio/thoracic practices, I've handled clinical assistance, insurance verification, prior authorizations, referrals, medical records, claims, surgery scheduling, coding, and patient interpretation in Spanish.
