At Energize Global Services, I own event-driven pipelines for four merchant-acquiring clients, processing payment data across fraud detection, payments, and ingestion. I designed and maintain Kafka and IBM MQ pipelines that handle about 500,000 transactions daily, with validation and failure handling to protect data integrity.
At Talkdesk, I developed high-load REST APIs for a cloud contact-center platform and built ELK observability infrastructure. I also built an Elasticsearch migration tool and worked with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Kubernetes, Ruby services, and Java microservices.
At Quality Solutions, I co-designed and built a resume parsing system with Django and PostgreSQL to extract structured information from unstructured documents. I optimized its parsing algorithms and integrated AWS S3 for file storage.
