As a freelance architect and CAD drafter, I produce architectural, construction, as-built, and interior drawing sets for national and international projects. I turn sketches, PDFs, redlines, and field measurements into organized AutoCAD deliverables.
For residential renovations, I prepare coordinated documentation for bathrooms, kitchens, millwork, electrical, plumbing, sanitary, lighting, and ceiling layouts. I also create SketchUp models and prepare custom furniture and drywall details.
At L. Martins Arquitetura, I prepared feasibility studies, permit drawings, construction documents, and as-built sets. My work also included technical documentation for Rio-Águas, CEDAE, and SMO, along with quantity takeoffs and construction follow-up.
