At SC Arquitetura e Urbanismo, I produce AutoCAD plumbing drawings for water supply and drainage and prepare construction cost estimates with material quantity takeoffs. I work remotely with the architecture team, delivering drawings and estimates to project deadlines.
I joined SC Arquitetura e Urbanismo as a Civil Engineering Intern — CAD Drafting, revising and correcting architectural drawings in AutoCAD Architecture and updating budgeting spreadsheets in Excel. I was promoted to Plumbing Design Drafter & Estimator in December 2025.
At Trinus, I conducted real estate valuations using sales comparison and cost approaches, drawing on market data and factors such as neighborhood, access and infrastructure. I also organized market research data in Excel for valuation reports.
My other project experience includes modeling steel shade structures in SketchUp at Sombrear Smart Structures, supporting design coordination and QA/QC checks at Opus Incorporadora, and supporting site follow-up and quality control at Exxa Construction & Real Estate. I’m studying Civil Engineering at Federal University of Goiás and am seeking remote CAD drafter, Revit technician, BIM modeler or estimating roles.
