Architectural draftsperson and estimator at Grupo Facimus; developing commercial office projects and preparing detailed construction budgets.
BrazilWhat I'm looking for
At Grupo Facimus, I develop architectural projects for commercial office environments, including site surveys and technical detailing. I also prepare construction budgets and detailed quantity takeoffs from executive drawings.
I build unit cost compositions for materials, labor, and equipment, obtain quotations, and negotiate with suppliers. I coordinate this work with engineering, procurement, and planning teams.
At Allana Ciniciato Architecture Studio, I developed residential and commercial interior architecture projects, prepared technical drawing sets, and supported detailing for custom millwork and construction elements. I also coordinated directly with clients to align needs and present design proposals.
At Bild Desenvolvimento Imobiliário, I developed studies for high-end residential developments and delivered two model apartments from concept through final completion. In my freelance interior design work, I develop space plans, 3D models, and technical documentation for residential interiors.
