At T-Shirt Printers Ltd., I currently work as a Quality Manager in the Screen Print Section. I handle quality control activities, including audits, in-process and inline inspections, root cause analysis, and preventive and corrective actions.
I maintain standard operating procedures in line with buyer guidelines and update quality policies, objectives, manuals, and SOPs to meet brand requirements. I also monitor QC and QI performance using production data and prepare statistical reports for related departments.
