I implemented and improved software features for private client projects as a Freelance Software Developer, fixing bugs and updating features across multiple projects. At Foothill Technology Solutions, I developed ASP.NET backend features with xUnit testing and applied SOLID principles and design patterns.
For my final project in Boot.dev's Backend path, I built LogService, a log ingestion, search, and aggregation API using Node.js, TypeScript, Fastify, and PostgreSQL. Load testing with k6 raised ingestion to ~13K logs/s and cut aggregate query p95 by ~34x, with 0% errors and no lost writes.
