What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an SAP-focused IT audit or ERP role where I can evaluate controls, plan audits, document findings, and support teams through clear communication, client-facing work, and change management that delivers measurable impact.

I am a results-focused Computer Information Systems graduate with practical experience in IT support, ERP audit, and administrative systems. I review business workflows, work in SAP environments, and support clients during system implementation and change management while explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

In my current IT Audit Intern role at Crowe Chartered Accountants, I gained foundational exposure to SAP environments focused on Access Controls, Risk Management, Internal Control Evaluation, and Audit Planning. I assist senior auditors in evaluating IT general controls and application controls, and I support documentation of audit findings, control gaps, and remediation recommendations.

Previously, I provided first-line IT support at Tynwald Schools, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues while helping maintain administrative systems and databases. I also designed user interfaces for a smart parking management capstone and engineered a fuzzy logic decision engine for medical monitoring—strengthening my ability to connect technology solutions to real operational needs.
