What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a PMO / Project Management Intern role where I can support operational coordination, cross-functional alignment, and project execution.

In a simulated Website Development Project, I applied PMO workflows across the delivery lifecycle. I formulated a Project Charter, Scope Baseline, and RACI Matrix to define roles and deliverables across four project phases.

I built an automated MS Excel Project Tracker with Gantt charts, status dashboards, and KPI indicators to monitor task progress and deadlines. I also established a Risk Register and Issue Log with impact ratings and mitigation strategies.

I practiced facilitating Daily Scrum stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives to align technical execution with business objectives. My training covers project management fundamentals, Agile ceremonies, and Scrum methodologies.

During my UPSC Civil Services preparation, I developed research, structured documentation, and planning skills. I’m seeking a PMO / Project Management Intern opportunity where I can support project execution and cross-functional alignment.
