Commercial Flooring Estimator at Vigilant Consultancy preparing floor, base and wall finish takeoffs and bids for remote US-hour work.
PakistanWhat I'm looking for
At Vigilant Consultancy, I perform quantity takeoffs for floor, base and wall finishes from drawings using PlanSwift, Measure Square and RFMS Measure. I review shop drawings and finish layouts against architectural plans.
I calculate material and adhesive quantities, applying coverage rates and waste factors, and price installed costs with union or non-union labor as the bid requires. I prepare and submit bids by the deadline and handle RFIs, change orders and drawing discrepancies.
Earlier, I generated sales for duct cleaning services through ads on Kijiji and Facebook, and formatted, edited and composed book layouts in Photoshop at Mehrban Ali Books. I’m available for remote work on US hours.
