What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute my estimation, quantity takeoff, project planning, and construction-management experience to civil, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects where accurate costing and cost control matter.

I prepare detailed cost estimates, quantity takeoffs, competitive bids, and budget recommendations for residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects at 10 Bricks Solution.

I've managed estimation projects for US and Australian clients at ArchCon Estimation and Mid Construction, analyzing drawings, specifications, contracts, and subcontractor quotes. I use PlanSwift and Bluebeam to improve estimating accuracy and streamline takeoffs.

Before estimation, I worked with Banu Mukhtar Contracting on the BURJ-1 high-rise project and Matco Foods' corn starch plant construction. I'm a Pakistan Engineering Council registered civil engineer with hands-on experience in site execution, project planning, QA/QC, reporting, and construction management.
