At L&T Technology Services, I perform Life Cycle Assessments for EV and ICE platforms using SimaPro, supporting material selection and early design decisions.

I've assessed thermal components, exhaust assemblies, and instrument panels across material, manufacturing, and transportation stages. My work compares design and material alternatives to identify opportunities for lower environmental impact, carbon footprint reduction, and improved recyclability.

I also calculated Scope 3 emissions for bought-out parts, comparing spend-based and volume-based methods across five years of data with more than 150,000 line items each.

Alongside LCA, I contribute basic Siemens NX CAD models and drawings, 1D simulation setup in MATLAB/Simulink, technical reporting, and collaboration with R&D and manufacturing teams. I've presented automotive thermal-management research at the SAENIS TTTMS International Conference.
