I am a Senior Systems Engineer with hands-on experience delivering and stabilizing mission-critical infrastructure for regulated banking and public sector environments across Zimbabwe and Zambia. I lead lifecycle upgrades, cluster relocations, SAN firmware transitions, DR validation and Tier 3 incident response while aligning work to strict change control, security governance and SLA requirements.

I combine consultative, architecture-minded execution with growing pre-sales capability — validating solutions, providing sizing input, and contributing to RFQ/tender responses. My achievements include leading VMware vSphere and Dell VxRail modernizations, managing IBM Power9/Power10 estates, designing resilient SAN fabrics and driving recoverability assurance through IBM FlashSystem and Veeam-backed processes.
