I'm looking to lead electrical, automation, energy-management, and industrial infrastructure projects where I can improve reliability, safety, cost control, and operational efficiency.

At Bashundhara Chemical Industries, I install, commission, operate, and maintain high-capacity substations, solar plants, generators, motors, HVAC systems, and industrial control equipment. I led in-house cable laying and termination that saved over USD 1 million, improved revenue and efficiency by 15%, and reduced monthly operating expenses through a 60KW on-grid solar plant.

Previously at L M Ericsson Bangladesh, I supported 3G and 4.5G rollout projects through RBS installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, testing, and network connectivity work.
