What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead QA in regulated healthcare or fast-moving product teams—building risk-based test strategies, scaling automation and AI-assisted QA, and partnering with product and engineering to ship safely and improve quality decisions.

I’m a QA Lead and Senior Quality Assurance Engineer with 5+ years of experience building quality systems for high-impact MedTech and eCommerce products across US and European markets. I’m known for turning chaotic or unclear environments into structured, scalable QA processes—from being the sole QA on complex systems to leading QA across teams and driving release strategy.

In regulated healthcare contexts, I focus on EHR systems, patient data workflows, and healthcare domain logic, supported by prior experience in the Ministry of Healthcare. I validate complex patient-data flows, diagnoses, and provider workflows while ensuring data integrity and compliance through risk-based testing and clear, actionable test design.

Most recently, I defined and executed QA strategy across web, mobile, and desktop, enabling 2+ releases per week with zero revenue-impacting defects. I’ve led automation adoption with Playwright and Pytest (50% coverage of core flows), integrated CI execution per merge, and used AI-assisted QA (Claude / Claude Code) to generate test scenarios, analyze failures, and standardize bug reporting—while mentoring engineers and improving onboarding with structured documentation.
