At Madison Escola D'Idiomes, I teach English, Spanish and Catalan to learners aged 3 through adulthood. I prepare students for Cambridge FCE and CAE and University of Barcelona exams, while creating tailored materials, games, presentations and reports.

I've also trained new employees, volunteered in conversation classes, and worked closely with families and school teams to address learning and behavioural needs. My teaching draws on pedagogy, patience, assertive communication and adaptation to individual needs.

Previously, I supported patients, families and medical staff as an ER Administrative Assistant at Hospital de Barcelona. I managed registration, confidential medical records, admissions, transfers, insurance data, ambulance coordination and urgent communications in a high-pressure environment.

Alongside education and administration, I've built extensive customer-service experience in high-volume bars and restaurants, plus international experience teaching and volunteering in the UK and Australia. I also bring graphic design, SAP, advanced Excel, multilingual communication and creative workshop experience.
