I'm currently managing patient accounts at Citadel Healthcare Management for Boston Neurobehavioral Associates, supporting payments, insurance updates, appointments, and billing queries across a database of 85,000+ behavioral health patients.

I handle inbound and outbound patient communication, resolve overdue balances, verify insurance eligibility, post payments with 100% accuracy, and coordinate cancellations with providers and administrative teams. I use Trizetto, Availity, and insurer-specific portals to maintain accurate patient records and deliver empathetic, solution-focused support.

Previously at Macter International Limited, I supported biotechnology R&D for Semaglutide, Bevacizumab, Rituximab, and Tirzepatide. I maintained development reports, validation records, testing documentation, protocols, and stability-study data for DRAP submissions while working under GLP and data-integrity procedures.

With an MSc in Biochemistry, I bring scientific documentation, healthcare operations, and patient communication together. I've also contributed to commercial production and quality control for Pakistan's first locally manufactured heparin sodium, Inhixa 5000 IU/ml injection.
