At NTT DATA’s BSH Global CoE, I build enterprise AI and Power Platform solutions used across Europe and APAC. I’ve delivered 15+ end-to-end business applications for corporate functions, operations, supply chain, customer service, technology, and finance.
I built reusable retrieval-augmented generation capabilities with Azure AI Search, Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, Azure Functions, and Power Automate. My work includes a multi-source enterprise RAG assistant, a secured support intelligence pipeline, and a four-agent service that routes low-confidence requests to human review.
I work across low-code and code-first delivery, connecting Power Platform solutions to SQL Server, Dataverse, SharePoint, Microsoft Graph API, SAP, and other backend services. I also contribute to governance, migration planning, solution standardization, observability, and production support.
Outside work, I run a self-hosted n8n and Docker content-automation pipeline with GitHub Actions CI/CD and human approval gates. I’ve also built a Flutter and FastAPI astrology platform with multilingual AI reporting, mobile monetization, and production-focused error handling.
