What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute my medical assisting, patient care, billing, and healthcare administration experience to a team where I can support patient safety, deliver quality work, and use strong communication and adaptability.

I'm currently supporting patient care at Meritas Health as a Medical Assistant and at North Kansas City Hospital as a Patient Safety Sitter. I record medical histories and vital signs, prepare patients for exams, assist physicians, complete medication refills, and help maintain safe patient environments.

I've built healthcare experience across Northwest Health Services, Family Medicine Associates, Southwest Medical Center, and specialty clinics. My work has included behavioral health coordination, substance abuse screening, referrals, diagnostic and procedure coding, financial counseling, cash posting, insurance billing, admissions, and patient access.

I'm a nationally registered Certified Medical Assistant with training in medical billing and coding, business administration, and Microsoft Office. I bring a positive attitude, adaptability, strong communication, and a commitment to quality patient support.
