I’m a results-driven customer-focused professional with 6 years of experience across customer service, client relations, IT support, procurement, logistics coordination, and technical operations. In my current role as Head of Procurement / Operations, I oversee procurement across consultancy, logistics, real estate, interior decoration, agro-allied, and IT service divisions. I source reliable vendors, negotiate pricing and delivery schedules, manage supplier relationships, and ensure customer and vendor communications are handled promptly to protect business continuity.

I also coordinate logistics and supply chain activities to improve operational efficiency, monitor inventory levels, and prepare purchase orders, procurement reports, and vendor performance evaluations. I resolve client concerns professionally, supporting high customer satisfaction while helping management improve procurement strategies and reduce operational costs.

Previously, I served as IT Support Personnel / Customer Service Support, providing frontline technical assistance for hardware, software, and network-related issues while responding to customer inquiries and complaints. I installed and maintained computer systems and office equipment, supported after-sales service and follow-up, and led and supervised a team of 20 solar engineers during residential and commercial solar installation projects.
