What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a remote RCM role where I can contribute to timely collections and improved revenue outcomes.

Previously roles at RevCircle Billing Company, I perform QA audits of medical claims and use eClinicalWorks for claim review, billing, account updates, and payment-related activities.

I manage follow-up on unpaid, denied, rejected, and outstanding claims. I review EOBs and ERAs, investigate denials, submit corrected claims, and follow up with insurance companies.

At PRG Billing Company, I followed up on aging insurance claims, prepared appeals, and monitored AR aging reports. I also supported remote team coordination while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
