What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build scalable, reliable, and secure cloud and ServiceNow solutions, translating business requirements into well-documented software while collaborating with engineering, operations, architecture, security, and product teams.

At G3 Canada Limited, I build and maintain full-stack applications and APIs using Java, JavaScript, SQL, REST APIs, and Microsoft Azure. I also support ServiceNow widgets, GlideRecord, and ITSM workflows.

I translate business and technical requirements into reliable software solutions, working with developers, operations teams, and business stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle. My work includes integrations, workflow automation, data quality improvements, testing, deployments, releases, troubleshooting, and production support.

I use Python, PowerShell, Git, Docker, Linux, and CI/CD practices to improve application delivery, technical documentation, code quality, and operational efficiency.

Earlier, I completed financial technology training with Wiley mThree and managed website updates, publishing workflows, structured data, and Google Analytics reporting for The Phoenix News UBC.
