At Afia International Algeria, I lead the audit plan and team, report findings and recommendations to senior management and the audit committee, and follow up on corrective actions. My audits cover the end-to-end FMCG value chain, from procurement and manufacturing through supply chain, inventory, trade, and sales execution.

At Heineken, I led annual budgeting and rolling forecasts, working with commercial and supply chain teams on data-driven plans. I also advised management on pricing, investments, market entry, business cases, and ROI.

At Novo Nordisk, I built annual and monthly budgets and strategic operating plans, monitored performance against budget, and developed tools to analyze revenue variances. I also worked on process improvements, internal controls, and IFRS and GAAP compliance.

Earlier, at Hydrapharm Group and Grant Thornton Algeria, I conducted risk-based audits, assessed internal controls, analyzed financial records and fraud risks, and reviewed audit working papers. I’m open to part-time remote contract missions with European and Gulf companies.
