At True North Management Inc., I design digital experiences across healthcare, e-commerce, and SaaS. My work on the “Upload Prescription” feature removed a critical funnel drop-off and increased prescription conversions by 41%.

I redesigned an online pharmacy journey, clarifying product comparisons and prescription requirements from discovery through checkout. I also introduced contextual Product Cards that turned informational traffic into sales-qualified leads.

For healthcare operations, I redesigned workflows across a web application and mobile app, bringing patient management, care tasks, scheduling, and field routes into a more cohesive experience. The work reduced screen switching during routine tasks and enabled field staff to record visit outcomes in the app.

I also create design systems and reusable Figma components, including libraries used across 10+ client websites with 800+ pages each. This work saved approximately 180 design hours, and I use AI-augmented tools such as Figma Make, Claude, Magnific, and ChatGPT to accelerate design delivery.
