I’m an AAMA Certified Medical Assistant and Clinical Lead with 20+ years of healthcare experience across pulmonary medicine, OB/GYN, emergency medicine, infusion therapy, and advanced phlebotomy. I bring deep expertise in venipuncture, blood collection, specimen processing, and patient education, with a strong background in clinical leadership.

In my current Clinical Lead / Medical Assistant role in pulmonary medicine, I lead clinical operations in a high-volume practice while performing pulmonary diagnostics including PFT, FeNO, 6MWT, and Home Sleep Testing (HST). I coordinate prior authorizations using CoverMyMeds and train staff on workflow and clinical procedures, documenting care in eClinicalWorks, Epic Systems, and Oracle Health Cerner.

My experience also spans infusion and hormone therapy support, plus bedside patient care in ER and PACU settings—where I assist with monitoring, vital signs, phlebotomy, and diagnostic testing. Earlier roles included OB/HIV clinic coordination in a correctional setting, and serving as a Phlebotomist / Lab Tech / Phlebotomy Instructor, guiding students in hands-on clinical skills.

I’m BLS Certified and known for delivering compassionate care across hospital, specialty clinic, correctional, and outpatient environments. Whether supporting pulmonary diagnostics or providing birth and lactation advocacy, my focus stays the same: clear communication, patient safety, and dependable clinical execution.
