I contributed to a one-year ASPICE coaching standardization initiative by gathering input from coaches, auditors and process experts and developing structured knowledge-sharing materials for Bosch's internal platform.
I also supported FMEA-related activities and contributed to a reusable SuperFMEA knowledge repository. For internal training, I turned process-expert content into a digital learning format using Synthesia, which was published in Bosch's internal knowledge database.
Earlier, as a Laboratory Assistant at Ivóvíz-6Kft., I analyzed water samples and recorded test results. I hold an MSc in Engineering Management and a BSc in Biochemical Engineering.
