What I'm looking for

I'm eager to contribute to a collaborative practice where I can provide ethical, comprehensive patient care, build trust through education, and continue developing my clinical expertise.

I lead Kristoff Dental, a fee-for-service solo practice where I manage patient care, staff, financial oversight, scheduling, marketing, and regulatory compliance. I provide restorative, surgical, and preventive care while developing individualized treatment plans built around patient needs and preferences.

I've performed complex All-on-Four and full mouth rehabilitation cases, including full mouth crowning, re-establishing vertical dimension of occlusion, and cosmetic restoration. Previously, at Advanced Dental Concepts, I delivered comprehensive exams, crown and bridge work, dentures, extractions, root canals, and patient education; earlier at Eli Lilly, I maintained insulin cell lines and analyzed compounds for diabetes treatments contributing to Ozempic.
