What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote role where I can deliver full-charge bookkeeping and cross-border tax preparation (US/Canada) using Xero/QuickBooks, improving forecasting, reporting, and profitability for sustainable client growth.

I’m a remote Bookkeeper with 13+ years of full-charge bookkeeping experience, supporting clients end-to-end—from invoicing and bills processing to maintaining a complete chart of accounts. I help clients drive profitability through sustainable, growth-oriented financial strategies.

My work includes implementing the General Ledger and handling bank reconciliation, along with creating and amending the Chart of Accounts and producing financial statements. I’m also experienced with budgeting and forecasting and supporting ongoing financial decision-making.

I also prepare personal income taxes for the United States and Canada, including 1040, 1040NR, 1040X, 1099DIV, 1099INT, 1065, 1120, and 1120-S, plus Canadian forms such as T1, T3, T4, T5, RRSP, RRIF, and related schedules. I’ve worked with Xero, QuickBooks, CCH Axcess, ProConnect, and TaxPrep, and I’ve handled VAT return filings and tax-related issues as well.
