I am currently working in One RCM Solutions as a Senior payment posting for the past 2 years (march 2023). I accurately posted insurance and patient payments (EOBs & ERAs) into the billing system, ensuring correct patient account balances.
I reconcile daily payments with bank deposits and maintain detailed records of posted payments for auditing and compliance purposes. I also identified and flagged denials or underpayments for follow-up by the AR team, supporting timely and accurate revenue cycle processing.
I work with billing software and payer portals and follow HIPAA guidelines while handling sensitive patient and payment information. My experience includes Collaborate MD and Ecw (eClinicalWorks), helping me keep payment posting accurate and smooth.
