What I'm looking for

I seek finance roles focused on valuation and capital markets where I can apply modeling and BI skills, grow technically, work in collaborative teams, and contribute to meaningful deal execution.

I am an investment banking professional with hands-on experience in issuer financial review, underwriting valuation, and capital-raising documentation. I prepared valuations and underwriting work for equity capital raises including a BDT 242 Cr rights offer, contributed to IPO and bond submissions, and supported deal marketing materials and ROD/IM preparation.

I combine financial analysis with business intelligence and reporting—designing Power BI dashboards, structuring an award-winning annual report, and leading small teams and operations as a co-founder. I passed CFA Level I, was a finalist in an investment strategy competition, and seek to apply valuation, financial modeling, and BI skills in a growth-focused finance role.
