What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a civil engineering role where I can combine project management, site delivery, and technical design—using CAD and analytics—to ensure safety and quality while supporting stakeholder coordination and continuous improvement.

I’m an experienced Civil Engineering professional focused on project management and civil engineering design, with a consistent drive for quality, safety, and continuous improvement. I collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to exceed project goals through clear communication and technology-enabled efficiency.

In my current role as an Assistant Manager. I coordinate projects, supervise staff, oversee budgets and timelines, conduct site visits, and prepare technical reports. Previously, as a Site Engineer at Capital Smart City, I monitored construction against design specifications and building codes, led site inspections for safety and quality, and coordinated with architects, contractors, and clients. I also built strong operational experience as a Junior Site Engineer and Intern Engineer through daily site execution, documentation, and construction-progress reporting.

I strengthen my engineering and delivery approach with formal training in project management (PMBOK-based methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid models). I’m skilled in CAD and structural/engineering tools (CAD, Revit, ETABS), energy and GIS workflows (energy analysis, QGIS, ArcGIS), and project-planning software (Primavera P6, PlanSwift) to deliver measurable, impactful outcomes. I’m seeking a role where I can apply my technical expertise, strategic thinking, and engineering leadership to deliver solutions and grow further.
