I’m an Associate Software Engineer with 3.5+ years of enterprise application development experience, centered on workflow automation and system integrations. I build reliable Pega solutions using Pega PRPC, PDC monitoring, and BPM concepts, and I’ve worked hands-on with Pega GenAI agents to drive AI-assisted workflow automation.

At OPTUM – UNITED HEALTH GROUP, I used Pega Diagnostic Center to monitor application health, diagnose issues, and improve overall system performance. I developed and maintained Pega rules and components such as Activities, Data Transforms, Case Management, Report Definitions, Data Pages, UI rules, Functions, Job Schedulers, File Listeners, Email Templates, and Queue Processors—then supported end-to-end rule management across the application lifecycle.

I implemented Connect-REST integrations, Kafka-based messaging, and notification mechanisms to automate workflows and connect systems. I also supported SOAP services and Flow Actions for integration and business process execution, configured Single Sign-On for secure authentication, and handled releases using Deployment Manager across development, test, and staging environments.

I thrive in agile teams—I contributed to sprint planning and code reviews, served as a Scrum Master, and maintained team runbooks to keep delivery smooth. Beyond Pega, I built an ML-based payment-date prediction model using Random Forest and XGBoost and integrated it into an automated reporting workflow; on projects like the Enterprise Migration Tool, I supported bulk import dashboards, automated workflow triggers, and health checks using PDC and AccelQ.
