At Iris Software Pvt. Ltd., I architected a hybrid Java, Selenium WebDriver, and TestNG framework from scratch for CitiBank's Business Continuity Plan on the Fusion Framework Salesforce application. I validated recovery compliance and business processes, and automated API checks in Postman.

At Birlasoft Pvt. Ltd., I built a BDD/Cucumber framework from scratch for the Conduent CMDS claim system. I expanded automated regression coverage across six modules to close to 80 test cases and tested healthcare claims workflows.

I also wrote SQL validation queries and Rest Assured API suites, managed test execution and defects in Azure DevOps, and used JMeter to test performance. I led a QA team and mentored members on test design and debugging.
