What I'm looking for

I seek roles leading clinical trials or translational research where I can manage multicenter operations, ensure regulatory/GCP compliance, drive data quality, and mentor teams in a collaborative, impact-focused organization.

I am a clinical research professional with 4+ years of direct clinical trial experience and over 6 years across translational research and laboratory science, currently managing India’s first Phase III dengue vaccine trial at ICMR. I oversee multicentric site monitoring, GCP compliance, REDCap data management, regulatory documentation, and CRO oversight to maintain recruitment timelines and data quality.

I have led genomics and preclinical drug development projects at Duke-NUS and NUS, contributed to patent filing and technology translation, and hold experience in ethical and regulatory coordination, biosample handling, and high-throughput sequencing analysis. I am committed to rigorous trial conduct, cross-functional collaboration, and translating research into impactful public health solutions.
