Served as Research Scientist for a two-centre ICMR-funded ICP/CPP trial (N=206), screening 40+ severe TBI patients and enrolling 11 with ICU-based informed consent. Managed CRF/source documentation and data quality, led ICH-GCP AE/SAE reporting, and maintained an audit-ready Investigator Site File while coordinating cross-functional clinical stakeholders.

Optimized nanoparticle-based immunoassays, achieving a 15% reduction in variance. Prepared, filtered, conjugated, and purified reagents in line with GLP and ISO 13485 requirements, maintaining full traceability in Q-Pulse and supporting internal audits for regulatory readiness.

Screened and enrolled participants for a COVID-19 vaccine clinical drug trial in collaboration with Dr Reddy’s Laboratory. Improved patient recruitment rates by 30% through enhanced coordination and documented study data in Oracle Clinical with protocol adherence and ethical compliance.

Supported over 150 oncology surgeries while helping maintain less than 1% adverse event rate through careful anesthesia and perioperative preparation. Managed OT readiness and post-operative ICU transfers and supported anesthesia administration and equipment handling in high-risk cases.

Assisted in complex orthopedic surgeries by supporting correct anesthesia dosing and preparing anesthesia equipment. Improved OR readiness by standardizing pre-operative safety checklists and supporting perioperative safety processes.

Completed an M.Sc. (Research) in Cancer Medicine at Queen’s University Belfast from 2021 to 2022.

Completed a B.Sc. in Operation Theatre and Anaesthesia Technology at Dr. MGR Medical University from 2014 to 2017.
