I’m a management graduate with 14 years of experience in Investment Banking and Asset Management Operations, focused on client reporting and reconciliation, including ESG reporting. I work across the trade lifecycle—deal onboarding, confirmation, settlements, and reporting—to help teams deliver accuracy and timeliness with strong controls.

At State Street Global Advisors, I lead day-to-day activities for an oversight team, preparing and delivering client reporting packages across ETFs, SICAVs, and SPDR funds. I direct monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reporting for institutional clients, covering fund performance, asset allocation, and risk metrics—while monitoring SFDR Annex IV reports and producing Principal Adverse Impact (PAI) statements.

Before this, as Team Leader in EMEA Market Operations and Reconciliation at Northern Operating Service Limited, I managed end-to-end trade processing for equity, FX, bonds, and money market instruments, and drove reconciliation process improvements and automation initiatives. I’m especially motivated by client-centric enhancements, data quality, and coaching teams to reduce settlement errors, improve satisfaction scores, and strengthen operational resilience.
