I’m a highly motivated Data Analyst and MicroStrategy Administrator with 6+ years of experience at Accenture, specializing in Business Intelligence, Teradata, and MicroStrategy, along with Power BI and ETL in the retail industry. I focus on end-to-end BI lifecycle management and data governance, including cloud platforms (GCP), data backtracking, and production support.

In my current role as a sole offshore BI lead, I manage MicroStrategy administration and deployment activities, monitor server performance for operational health, and lead incident reduction through automation and alert mechanisms. I also build and optimize workflows using MicroStrategy utilities, execute data recovery scripts (e.g., Teradata BTEQ) for missing data, mentor junior team members, and collaborate with developers and client stakeholders to implement improvements.
