At UMAYA LIGHTING DESIGN, I develop Revit models and construction documentation for international lighting design projects. I create project-specific templates and parametric families, and prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and schedules from BIM models.
I coordinate models across architecture, structural, MEP, interior design, and landscape disciplines, using Navisworks Manage for clash detection and Autodesk Construction Cloud to publish coordinated deliverables. I also produce lighting calculations and UGR analysis with DIALux evo.
Before this, I worked as a Project Manager at PRS INFRA Pvt. Ltd and as a self-employed Project Manager, managing construction work and preparing estimates, procurement plans, and project documentation. Earlier, as a Jr.Engineer- Project Coordination at Ashoka Buildcon Ltd, I supported highway construction coordination and reporting.
